Ok, here is the help guide I created. Follow the steps and ask me questions along the way. It is proven to work 76% of the time ( I averaged how many times its worked for my clients and failed). It fails only if you hacked usually. Here it is:

Hello, I heard about your ban, They do unban penguins! follow my guide! I do not use anything hacking or anything to do with passwords. Here is my guide you need to use. Please send questions or comments to me along the way.
Here is what I want you to do:


4. Send CP an email saying you/someone else didn't mean to depending on the person that banned it. (recomended to be sad)
5. You will get a response back like this: "We fully understand your complaint of this ban. But we can take no further action right now. If your parent want to speak to us, then there might be a possiblilty."
5. Send them a parent email like: "I understand my child's penguin was banned for bad behavior. But my child has been crying ever night and asking when he is going to get his penguin back. I promised him I would get it back for him. So please it would make it all easier on all of us, please just remove this ban. I would really appreciate it"..blah blah blah...etc.( please do not copy and paste what I just wrote, that will not work) Now, here is the thing, you have two options when you come to this step:

A: Have a REAL parent/guardian send them an email after you get a reply from yours. BUT, THE PARENT MUST BE DETERMANED TO GET THIS PENGUIN BACK.

B: I know this is a little bad but, some people I have talked to do this:

Send them an email acting like your the parent. The thing with this is you have to have the following for this to work.

-MAKE IT SOUND LIKE A REAL ADULT!
-HIGH VOCABULARY.
-NO KID SENTENCES/ BEGGING AT ALL.
-BE MATURE.
-MAKE THE EMAIL LONG. I'M TALKING PARAGRAPH LONG!
( My parent email was 20-30 sentences. )
Those are the two available options I have for this type of ban. Another option is have a parent call them, but I recomend email.
THIS WHOLE EMAIL IS IF YOUR GOING TO LEARN YOUR LESSON AND NEVER GET BANNED AGAIN! ( If it was you that banned it) Good Luck getting your penguin back, best wishes for all.
