Hello! Today, we will have 2 new usergroups opened

1. Da Blobber!: This will be only used to change my username colour.
2. Blob Club!: This will be a usergroup where you can do stuff with blobs.

Also, there will be a new usergroup called Blob Club HQ which only Blob Club members can see.
