It is really pretty simple if you get banned by accident. What you do is follow these steps:

1: Send them a begging email.

2: That will not work so now you need to act or get your parent to say stuff to them like the following: I feel responsble for this ban, my child crys every night, please remove the ban..etc..

3: They send you an email; you need to give them the info they want then..

4: ENJOY YOUR UNBANNED PENGUIN! :)
